2. Services

DealFormal offers professional services such as drafting agreements, reviewing documentation, and consulting on property transactions. Service fees vary based on complexity and scope.

2.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be booked via our contact form. Times are subject to availability. You will receive confirmation upon successful booking.

2.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule services up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 72 hours in advance may incur a fee or be ineligible for refund due to preparation efforts.

3. Information Materials

Information materials include downloadable guides, templates, and similar digital content. Access is granted after payment is processed.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals or form sets may be purchased. Shipping details will be provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

DealFormal aims to ensure satisfaction with all offerings. The following outlines refund conditions by category.

5.1 Services

If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to a scheduled session, you may request a refund of the amount paid. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 days. Alternatively, you may apply the full amount toward a rescheduled appointment. Sessions canceled less than 72 hours in advance are not eligible for refund due to resource allocation.

5.2 Information Materials

Due to the digital nature of downloadable content, refunds are not provided once a file has been accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing download or access, please contact us within 7 days for assistance or a suitable replacement.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if in original, unopened condition. To initiate a return, contact us to receive instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment source within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

6. Limitation of Liability

DealFormal provides services and materials on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our offerings. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service or product.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with a revised effective date.
